CLIENT VISIT POLICY
In an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and with the health and safety of our staff and clients in mind, MAC LLP’s doors will remain closed, unless our clients have scheduled an appointment. When clients are required to visit our office, yourselves and the staff of MAC LLP and MAC Financial Services Inc. are required to adhere to the following procedures:
✓ Maintain safe physical distance of 2 meters or 6 feet whenever possible.
✓ Staff and clients are required to wear a mask when coming into our office for an appointment.
✓ Clients are required to review the symptoms of COVID-19 when visiting and cancel any onsite visits if they are feeling ill.
✓ Clients must complete a COVID-19 self-assessment questionnaire when visiting our office.
✓ Clients must sign in when they arrive indicating name, company and date/time of arrival.
✓ Clients are required to cancel any meeting at the MAC LLP office if they have risked exposure to COVID-19 and are within 14 days of exposure, answered “yes” to questions in the assessment, or have tested positive for COVID-19 and are symptomatic or within 14 days of testing positive.
✓ Avoid usual greetings like handshakes or hugs.
✓ Meeting spaces are wiped down with disinfectant cleaner after use.
✓ Cough or sneeze into your sleeve.
✓ Hand sanitizer will be made available to everyone in the meeting to ensure hands are properly disinfected.
✓ Avoid touching your face and wash hands for 20 seconds with soap and water immediately following your meeting.
